Shipping Policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies like Bluedart, Delhivery and /or Speed post only.

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies like Fedex, DHL and/or international speed post only as per the terms agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Orders are shipped within 2-5 Days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

  • RAJANYAS ECOMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-5 Days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID and/or mobile number as specified during registration.
  • Any kind assurance given may stand voided in case of unforeseen circumstances or delay by the courier company.
  • If any product gets damaged in shipment, we will compensate you. We will ask you for a Video Proof of opening the Parcel. So, once you receive the parcel from Delivery boy, you are advised to make a video while opening of the parcel.
  • If product gets damaged at customer's end, we will not be responsible for the same.

Refund of Shipping Fee

a) In case item/ order is returned, shipping fee is not refunded.

b) In case of whole order cancellation before dispatch, shipping charges will be refunded. If an order is cancelled partially, shipping charges will not be refunded.

c) For accounts whose return behavior does not adhere to our fair usage policy, shipping fee will be non-refundable irrespective of order value.

Partial item/partial order or an Empty/Void packet

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:

  • Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
  • You may be required to information’s like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario). 
  • The snapshots/ video clips of the packet and other boxes (If any). Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users.
  • The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation. 

You may not be liable for a refund, if it falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

  • Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
  • Failure to provide snapshots/ video clips of the packet and box (if any).
  • If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.
  • You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 - 4 days post - delivery. We might need to check your packaging for investigation at our end.
  • You have used the item for which claim was raised.
