Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order via call, email or Whatsapp. Orders already in production or shipped cannot be cancelled.

We have a 7-day return policy for eligible products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can raise return request from your account for eligible products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Following types of products cannot be returned:

  • Custom/ Bespoke Category products and outfits like Personalized Sherwanis, Achkans, Bandhgala Suits and Kurta-Jacket sets; Bespoke Shirts, Bespoke Trousers, Bespoke Jewelry (such as special orders, products & outfits made as per your measurements and/or specifications or personalized outfits and items).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on stock clearance sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method or bank account within 7-10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
