Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unaltered, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can raise return request from your account for eligible products. Return Pick-up facility for exchange is available in selected locations, depending on the courier services in the said location.
If return pick-up option is not available at your location, we will let you know. In such cases, you can self-return the product to us by courier. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please use Speed post (by India postal services) to ship returns and ensure you mention Order ID on the package. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs (maximum amount reimbursable is of Rs. 150 per order). You must share a scanned copy of courier bill/receipt with us via email (support@rajanyas.com) or official Whatsapp.
This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end. After the product is verified, we will process the Exchange request.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have after raising return request, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
