If at the time of delivery and/or within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product/s, if any defect is found or you want size replacement, then the buyer of the product/s can ask for replacement of the product/s subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Notify us of any defects in the product/s at the time of delivery of the product/s and/or within 3 days from the date of delivery and the same product/s will be replaced in return of the defective product/s.
2. Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with the Rajanyas.
3. For Defect related claims, we may ask you for a Video Proof of opening the Parcel. So once you receive the parcel from Delivery boy, you are advised to make a video while opening of the parcel. Before tearing the packing make sure you clearly show the parcel along with clear view of your order details. Then open the parcel and check the product.
4. Reverse pickup services are currently limited to only a few selected locations. Hence, we cannot assure availability of Reverse Pickup facility to every customer. You are requested to send back the product to our address once your Return/Replacement Request has been approved.

Rajanyas is not responsible for Return Orders lost in transit due to incorrect address details mentioned by the customer.
5. Return and replacement request will only be processed after the return products sent by the customer has been successfully received at our address.
6. Original Tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.
7. Clothes and footwear should not be used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.
8. Damaged or defective clothing and footwear products are meanwhile covered by Return & Replacement Policies.
9. These return and replacement policies will hold valid on all products listed on the website, until and unless in special circumstances or products, where separate holding replacement and return policies will be mentioned with those products.
10. Products not eligible for Return/Replacement -
Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Products sold under Stock Clearance Sales cannot be replaced or refunded. Please ensure you order the correct size and product.
- Damages due to misuse of product;
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
- Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
- Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
- All 'Bespoke' or 'Made-to-order' products made on customer's request
11. BeSpoke/ Custom-made Order Policies -
- We state 15 working days as the time for Bespoke orders, however the order may get delayed beyond that due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We offer Express Delivery service in 10 working days in Major Towns & Cities for Bespoke Orders at a nominal charge of Rs 250/-. Customer can request for the same and our team will let you know if your location is eligible for Express Delivery facility. Please note this facility is only available for Prepaid Mode Orders.
- Bespoke Clothing products are made as per customer's measurements. Measurements sent by you will be treated as final in case of any Size issues in the products. Please ensure that the measurements sent by you are accurate and true to your size.
- We will not be responsible for any size discrepancies in product arising out of inaccurate measurements shared by you.
- All Bespoke products are non-refundable. We may offer to exchange/resize your product but customer will have to bear all the shipping and alteration costs incurred in the process. However, it is completely at the discretion of the company.
- Booking Charges are mandatory for Bespoke products. We will need you to pay atleast 10% of the product cost in advance as Advance Booking Charges to confirm your order.
12. Shipping Policy -
- We are not responsible for any kind of delay in delivery of your order as it solely depends upon the Shipping Partner. Any kind assurance given may stand voided in case of unforeseen circumstances or delay by the Shipping Partner.
- If any product gets damaged in shipment, we will compensate you. We will ask you for a Video Proof of opening the Parcel. So once you receive the parcel from Delivery boy, you are advised to make a video while opening of the parcel.
- If product gets damaged at customer's end, we will not be responsible for the same.
13. International Shipping -
- We Welcome International Orders. By default, we have mentioned INR 3000/- as the shipping charges for all international Orders. However, shipping charges are subject to change depending upon your location and weight of your ordered Products. We will need you to pay additional Shipping charges incurred (if any) if they exceed INR 3000/-. We will refund you any excess amount if the shipping charges incurred in your shipment are less than INR 3000/-. Our team will get in touch with you and help you out with the same after you have placed your order :)
- We use Speed Post service of India Post for all overseas shipments. Normal Delivery time is 5-7 working days. However, we make no commitments regarding the delivery time. Order may get delayed beyond this period due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any kind of delay in delivery of your order as it solely depends upon the Shipping Partner.
14. International Shipping Advisory -
- We advise all our Overseas patrons to Order in bulk to reduce the Shipping expenses. For instance, shipping charges for a 1-Kg parcel to USA are INR 1534/- while shipping charges for a 5-Kg parcel are INR 4366/- only. These are exemplary charges only and are subject to change as per the norms of Indian Postal Services.
15. If Rajanyas has suspicion or knowledge, that any of its buyers and sellers are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then Rajanyas may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against member may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name of such buyer and seller and /or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program.
16. Rajanyas reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a user who, files a invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, Rajanyas may at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name [and its related Display Names] of such user and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program. Any people who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
