I ordered a bandh gala and was very happy throughout the process from selecting a material, buttons, sending measurements, etc. it was easy to communicate and Gaurav and Nagendra were very responsive.
When my bandh gala arrived, one of the buttons were broken in transit and Gaurav immediately mailed me a set of spare buttons. The fit was as per the measurements that i had provided. They also included a free pocket square.
Overall a very pleasant experience!!! Happy to recommend them to others.
